Absentee ballot applications are available at the Clerk's Office. The Saturday before each election is the last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail. The last day to request an absentee ballot in person is 4:00 PM on the day before the election in the Clerk's Office. The ballot must be voted in the Clerk's Office on that day.  All absent voter ballots must be received by the Clerk's Office no later than 8:00 PM on election day.
