Construction Areas in the City

Construction season has begun! Please note that Gibbs Street (Randy Lane to Scott Road), Scott Road (Steel Street to Gibbs Street), and Parkview Street (south of spray park) will be closed (open to local traffic only) starting on May 14th. There will be heavy construction activity from May 14th to May 16th. We are anticipating final paving to take place prior to June 1st. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Beginning the first week of June 2018, Consumers Energy will initiate the Vintage Service Replacement (VSR) Project. This will include the replacement of approximately 115 natural gas service leads throughout our community. If your home is included in this scope of services, you will receive notification directly from Consumers Energy. There will also be contact information for any questions.
