I joined the City as Recreation Director in April of 2000.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University. I am active in the Michigan Parks and Recreation Association and Southern Michigan Recreation and Parks Association. Since I started working for the city, I have acquired more than $300,000 in grant funding to upgrade park facilities and helped fundraise over $215,000 for the St Johns Community Spray Park.

I reside in St Johns with my wife and kids.
