Professional Profile

I am the Supervisor at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. My career at the City started in December 2012 where I began as an entry level operator at the water treatment facility. I then took a position as an operator in 2014 where I then became supervisor in 2016. I oversee the daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant and ensure it is within compliance of the NPDES permit regulated by EGLE. I also oversee the city's sanitary sewer collection system, which is made up of over 800 manholes and 43 miles of sewer. I hold a wastewater class C license, D-4, S-4 Drinking Water License, and a storm water management license. When I am not at work I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.
