PUBLIC NOTICE

2025 JULY BOARD OF REVIEW

Notice is hereby given that the City of St Johns Board of Review (BOR) will meet on Tuesday, July 22 , 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Clinton County Courthouse, 100 East State St. Suite 1100, St. Johns, Michigan 48879.  The purpose of the July BOR is to correct clerical errors or mutual mistakes.  Poverty exemption appeals may also be heard. Poverty applications are available at City Hall or on the city website cityofstjohnsmi.com.  Applications must be complete or the BOR cannot grant relief. No valuation appeals are heard at this meeting. Individual appointments can be scheduled by calling the City Hall Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (989) 224-8944 ext. 222; however, appointments are not necessary.
