Parking Prohibited (Per City Ordinance Chapter 71, Section 71.09)
No person shall be permitted to park or leave standing, unattended a motor vehicle or any other vehicle on the public streets of the city between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the same day.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon being found responsible therefore, be punished as a civil infraction.
Parking is prohibited on a sidewalk or between curb and sidewalk or imaginary line of curb or sidewalk.

(For special circumstances or to receive permission to park, contact the St. Johns Police Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at (989) 224-6721. In some instances, permission may be granted to park on the street overnight. For emergency situations after-hours, please call 911.)
